How do I choose my size?

Take your bust, waist and hip measurements with a soft measuring tape, then check the size information on the product page. Don't deliberately pick a smaller size to increase compression: the support should stay comfortable and let you move freely.

Which shaping piece should I choose for my needs?

Our collection is organised by need rather than by product type. For a piece that disappears under a dress or a close-fitting outfit, choose from Under the dress. For targeted support of the tummy and hips, choose from Tummy and hips. For all-over support in a single piece, choose from Full silhouette. For a light everyday essential, choose from Everyday comfort.

What's the difference between CURVE and WAIST?

CURVE is a seamless high-waisted shaping brief, designed to smooth the tummy and waist with no lines under clothes. WAIST is a high-waisted thong with soft reinforcement for more targeted support of the tummy and waist, ideal under outfits that are very fitted around the hips.

Which bodysuit should I choose under a backless outfit?

NAYA and VELA are designed specifically for outfits that are open at the back, in the Under the dress category. VELA also combines a thong cut with seamless construction.

What are the delivery times?

After payment is confirmed, orders are prepared and shipped within 24 business hours. Delivery is then estimated at 3 to 6 business days after shipping (about 4 to 7 days in total), and it is free. These times are indicative and may vary depending on the country, the carrier or busy periods.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order has shipped and a tracking number is available, we'll send you an email. The first tracking updates can sometimes take 24 to 72 hours to appear with the carrier.

Can I request a return?

SELORA offers a 30-day return policy after delivery, subject to the conditions set out in the Refund Policy. To start a return, contact us at selora.officiel@gmail.com before sending anything back.

How can I save when buying several pieces?

Do SELORA products help you lose weight?

No. SELORA products are designed for support, comfort and a smoothing effect on the silhouette while worn. They are not a substitute for a health programme or medical care.
